An ode to freedom. The perfumer has used their creation to portray a boundless ocean voyage in search of an ideal of freedom, beyond the horizon. Like an homage to migrating swallows on the water’s surface, « Édition Jubilé 130 ans – platine » distils a powerful, gushing ethereal sillage. Carried by the wind, the earthy aromatic notes mingle with the invigorating freshness of an ocean fragrance.
On the land, the olfactory journey begins dynamically with aromatic, citrus notes. This is where the unaffected character of Vetiver imposes its singularity. The fine roots of vetiver grow wild on the tropical islands of Haiti, Réunion and Java. When dried by the sun, these rhizomes unveil an olfactory character that is warm and smoky, woody and green. The ocean voyage is embodied by a combination of salt, incense and a hint of magnificent Iris, a precious ingredient that is powdery and ethereal.
- Clary Sage
- Incense Absolute
- Sea Salt
- Cedarwood Sandalwood
The extraordinary skill of the region's glassmakers brought René Lalique to the Northern Vosges. Today, nearly two hundred men and women still put their dexterity and knowledge at the service of creation.Discover
